On Saturday morning we watched Lachlan play soccer in the morning then headed to Dad's in the afternoon for a BBQ where Rory joined us. He slept the night and then on Sunday we dropped him off and headed up the coast to see Jack for his birthday!
HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY JACK!!!
Today Lucas had his 12mth needles! I think it is more stressful for us as parents than it is for them. hehe He was pretty good - the 1st one didn't bother him the 2nd one he had this look on his face that said "what was that" and then by the 3rd one he had a little bit of a cry and then got distracted by something the doctor did. The poor little thing hardly ever has his dummy during the day although he still wanted it when we got home.
Lucas even got a few paddle pop sticks for his troubles!! hehe

Poor little love getting his needles. You are right though, I think it is far worse for us then it is for them!! I work myself up for days before hand and get the shakes when I take the bubbies!!

OH..Lucas you are so brave and so is mummy, 3 needles i've already put it off once...hehe. Jack has to go on the 12th June!! Thanks for visiting us, we all watch the movie on the weekend its great fun.
